AFS Intercultural Programs is an international, voluntary, non-governmental, non-profit organization that provides intercultural learning opportunities to help people develop the knowledge, skills and understanding needed to create a more just and peaceful world.

6. Literary competition “Du schreibst?”

Kids and young adults who live in Europe and write texts (stories, poems, diaries, theatre plays…) in German can participate in the literary competition “Du schreibst?”. Valuable prizes can be won: free participation in an international workshop week, publication in a book and an invitation to a reading session. More information can be found here.

Foreign students

You are socially active and have good grades as a student? Apply for a scholarship by the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung. Please apply online at campus.kas.de until 15 January or 15 July annually. Detailed description in English can be found here.

Refugees

If you are a refugee and would like to study in Germany, as an undergraduate or a graduate student you can apply for a scholarship by the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung. More about this can be found here. Please apply online at campus.kas.de until 15 January or 15 July annually.

9. Writing competition “Frischer Wind in der Literatur”
